I was born and raised in San Diego and earned my undergraduate degree in Art History from the University of California, San Diego, followed by a Master's degree in Library and Information Science. After years of navigating my own healing journey from complex PTSD, I felt called to pursue a career where I could support others in their own process of growth and recovery. That calling led me to earn my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

As both a clinician and a mother of teenagers—including one with neurodiverse needs—and as someone who received a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. I specialize in treating trauma, substance use disorders, neurodiversity, and the unique challenges individuals face as they seek lasting healing and meaningful change.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth. I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy and the vulnerability required to confront pain while holding onto hope. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients, creating a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold at their own pace.

Together, we can build the insight, resilience, and tools needed to create lasting change and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
